Guestrix.ai provides fully automated, AI-powered virtual concierge assistance for short-term rental hosts in the United States. The concierge service is available 24/7 to answer guest questions using property-specific data provided by the host.
Hosts must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information about their rental property. Guests are not required to create accounts; instead, they can receive temporary access links valid for the duration of their stay. Guests can also create accounts to receive permanent access to additional features.
We offer free trials, subscriptions, refunds, and may introduce a pay-per-use model. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
We collect host names, email addresses, phone numbers, property details, GPS data, and any uploaded documents and files (e.g., guest guides, house rules). Guest messages are stored for analysis and service improvement. We do not share or sell user data to third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Additionally, transcripts of guest conversations with our AI assistant, Staycee, are saved and stored securely. These transcripts are used to monitor service performance, improve AI accuracy, and provide hosts with a history of guest interactions.
Hosts may upload custom content to improve AI responses. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of others.
Our AI strives to provide accurate and helpful responses, but we make no guarantees of accuracy. Guestrix LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from errors or misunderstandings arising from AI responses. Use is at your own risk, and hosts are encouraged to review AI-generated guidance regularly.
All trademarks, service marks, names, and content on this site are the property of Guestrix LLC or its licensors. You may not use our branding or content without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period of time.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
